Year-to-date, municipal bond funds have netted $3.17 billion of net inflows, of which about $573 million were netted by high-yield funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the issuance front, issuers have issued $8.5 billion year-to-date or 1.2% higher year-on-year.
